A dormer was added to the original barrel vaulted roofline to create a more spacious ceiling height on the mezzanine level.

In an effort to display as much of the old building’s structure as possible, offices on the upper level will have decking installed over the original ceiling rafters. The darker stain on these new boards will help the older wood stand out. For this project, Joe stained 768 planks (over 2500 square feet of planks). Way to go Joe!!
