FireBoard Newsletter: December 2025

Late last week, Ted Conrad, FireBoard Founder and CEO, held a meeting to update all the employees on some of the activities at the company. He made special mention of several employees during this season, especially our shipping department for handling nearly one thousand orders during our Black Friday and Cyber Monday promos! This is no small feat for one employee (and others who volunteer!) during the busy shipping times!

Ted also made special mention of current employees for diligent work during weather events and employee illness. And for former employees who have found their way back to FireBoard!

As with many small companies, we are sad to see valued employees move away while we also get to experience the joy of new employees coming in to relieve the work load from others! Overall, the meeting was highly employee focused as Ted recognized the efforts that our small team is doing.

Ted also discussed some updates to the company. We are excited to be bringing a new product, the FireBoard Masterbuilt Controller to the marketplace in early 2026. We are also excited to be announcing another new product soon. Our current product, the FireBoard Pulse wireless temperature probe, is receiving a few new manufacturing updates to help improve the product reliability and also simplify the build complexity.

Ted ended by saying that local and international organizations are finding interest in what we are doing. FireBoard continues to be recognized for high-quality USA-made products in a market that is often manufactured overseas.
