Labor Day 2023 Wear and Share contest RULES

  1. TIMEFRAME
    1. The Contest begins on Wednesday, August 23 12:01 a.m. CDT, and ends on Tuesday September 5, 2023 11:59 p.m. CDT.  Winners will be contacted by Friday September 8, 2023 11:59 p.m. CDT.  Winners will be contacted directly via the email address associated with the entered FireBoard.com account.  Winners will have 72 hrs to respond and claim their prize.  Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the prize.  
  2. HOW TO SUBMIT
    • You may enter the contest by tagging us in a shared session or sharing your session with our email info@fireboard.com . The session must take place during the time frame of the contest as mentioned above.
    • Shared Sessions should include some but not necessarily all of 
      1. A description of the session, which can include: any notetaking or experimental recipe steps you are taking  
      2. Photos of Interest which can include food prep, equipment used including any FireBoad products or grill or smokers, finished food product, or anything relevant to the session you want to share with the world.

  4. PRIZE RESTRICTIONS
    • Limit one prize per Winner.  Prizes will be delivered to the Winners via mail to the Winner’s preferred mailing address.  Prizes are non transferable and have no cash value.  Substitutions can be worked out between FireBoard and the Winner prior to shipping.
    • FireBoard reserves the right to cancel the promotion at any time, with or without reason or advance notice.
  5. ELIGIBILITY
    • All users of FireBoard products may submit their cooking session by tagging FireBoard in their session, via the FireBoard app. Any Photos submitted as a part of the shared session must be yours to submit in that you possess rights to release and distribute these photos.  Same photos may be used in future FireBoard marketing materials. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW. 
  6. SELECTION OF WINNERS
    • Three winners will be selected based on the number of views of their shared session, quality and/or creativity of photography, and notes.  The winners will be selected by a judging panel consisting of 5 individuals employed by FireBoard.  Employees of FireBoard and known affiliates of same are not eligible to enter this contest.  
  7. ODDS OF WINNING
    • The odds of winning depends on the number of eligible submissions during the time frame of the contest and the quality of submissions as judged by the judging panel.
  8. WINNER NOTIFICATION
    • FireBoard will announce the Winner of the Promotion as described above in Section 1.  All winners will be notified via the email address associated with the Winner’s FireBoard account and will be posted on the FireBoard competition landing page https://www.fireboard.com/labor-day-wear-and-share/
  9. LICENSE and PUBLICITY RIGHTS
    • Each entrant grants FireBoard exclusive royalty-free license to use the photographs submitted for marketing, promotional, social media, website and application at the discretion of FireBoard.  In any use of the photographs, FireBoard will give credit to the Entrant.  Entrants will have copyrights to the photographs.
