Christmas Eve dinner saved!!! Recvd Fireboard2 as a Christmas present and used it on Christmas Eve. Th cheaper model I was using would drop signal often and I’ve replaced 3 probes bc of temperature differences. FB2 synced quickly and easily and never lost signal. The app is truly amazing. What saved my cook was the analyze button. It was 7° when I started 5 slabs of ribs and it predicted completion around 9pm. Christmas dinner at my Mom’s was at 6pm. I made adjustments due to the prediction and made it to Mom’s on time. Ribs were a hit with family and extended family but the best reward was Mom said they were perfect. THANK YOU Wendy and Erin for going out of your way to personally call me regarding updates on my my order and working with me to pickup my FB2 before my big Christmas Eve family dinner. I’ve dealt with horrible customer services from small and large companies and it was very refreshing that customer support does still exist. Standing behind your product is like keeping your word.

I received a Fireboard 2 as a birthday present. Connecting to Bluetooth, WIFI, and Alexa were extremely simple. Having 6 probes allows me to know the temperature on opposite sides of the smoking chamber as well as keeping up with multiple pieces of meat.. The alerts and connection to Alexa allows me to sleep and not be concerned that my fire gets too hot or cold.
If you are not journaling your smokes, you should be. The graph recordings are amazing and extremely helpful. Notes are amazing and really great to help compare subsequent smokes. The predictive feature of the graph was spot on and really helped me plan. Being able to share the session helps my fellow smokers to compare their experiences and allows my guests to see how things are progressing.
Hands down, this is one of the top five best things that I own.

I have been smoking for about 8 years and I wish I had found fireboard earlier. Before, I used Maverick, Ispot, apple, and a few other wireless. I had trouble with all. Bluetooth could go out of range easily causing overdone or burnt food. Probes were not accurate. Switching to fireboard was great. I can leave town and still know my food and grill temp. The buttons could be easier to press, and it could be more weather resistant. But I love it.

I recently purchased a Fireboard 2 with accessories and could not be happier. I purchased the unit to expand the sensor capability of the Fireboard unit built into my new Yoder Smoker YS640.
Connection to both Bluetooth and WiFi were quick and the sensor readings meshed seamlessly with my smoker probe readings in the Fireboard App. I really like the app’s functionality and appreciate the immediate integration. I highly recommend Fireboard products every chance I get. Thanks for a great product !

I bought a FireBoard thermometer 2 1/2 years ago (June 2019). I bought 6 probes, too. I use it about 3-4 times a month. All the probes are still spot-on accurate… and pretty fast, too. Prior to my FireBoard, I went through three Mavericks and easily a dozen or more probes. The Maverick probes lasted about 3-4 months, max, before failing… and when the probe fails, whatever you’re cooking at the time fails, too. The wifi aspect of the FireBoard is also a great advantage. I can run to the store in the middle of cooking a brisket, and keep an eye on the pit temp at the same time (it pays to have kids trained to add a split to the firebox when needed). The bottom line is, this is a purchase that you’ll never regret.

Brilliant device. Easy to use and accurate output. Used it in various settings and i trust/love this tool. Love the option to get a txt for temp changes. Also purchased the competition probes and love that i can have different types of meat on the smoker while all accurately monitored. This is a must have tool.

This is an amazing piece of kit. It has been in service tracking and logging the temperatures at my whiskey distillery for the last 6-8 months. And by in service I mean it has been splashed, sprayed, dropped, and abused and hasn’t missed a beat. Customer service is top notch. They promptly answered my questions pre purchase. From cook to fermentation to distillation it has performed as flawlessly as any piece of equipment I’ve used in my system. If you’re looking to log temps for just about any application that falls within the temp parameters, stop and buy this immediately. It’s a consumer device with commercial credentials. Just purchased the drive version for my home bbq. Fireboard for the win.

I have been looking for a great thermometer for awhile. I’m in a few groups such as Smoking meat low and slow and Pit Boss. I reached out to see what everybody was using and what they recommend to be the best. I was a little scared to be dropping 200 bucks, but after more research, I pulled the trigger. The shipping was fast, packing in great condition, easy direction. The App is great. I really love this product, and will be recommending the FireBoard to all my groups and friends.
My son in law will be ordering one also.

I’ll be honest, I was more than a little leery of dropping almost $200 on a thermometer…until I got it in hand and got to try it for the first time.
Nice, solid, feeling unit. Setup is ridiculously easy and it works flawlessly with good battery life for the extended cooks. The graph on both the unit and the app are much more convenient than I expected.
I’m officially hooked, my old thermoworks is being reassigned to the curing chamber and the Fireboard 2 is now in my list of myet haves for everything from our backyard smoker to our commercial pig roasts.

Just a gorgeous device. I’m not sure I’ve ever seen anything like it. Rock-solid build and a straightforward, well-designed interface. Pairing and WiFi setup were simple and easy.
The companion app is not perfect, but it gets the job done and does a great job syncing up with the device. Notifications are pushed very quickly.
